What an absolutely perfect little retreat! My husband and I stayed for one night in order to go to a friend's party nearby. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, tasteful and private. The little walk up through the orchard is lovely. Probably the best place I have ever stayed for character. Lovely warm welcome and good comms from the owners too. Perfect!

Samir and his staff's welcome is unique among hundreds of hotels I have visited. The experience of an emerald veteran in hospitality has been applied to every detail in this boutique venue. It certainly deserves its five-star reviews! My room was immaculate with modern facilities and plenty of space. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary " true tea " provided among the other delicious sundries in the room, and serves as a distinction and notable effort in comparison to the norm. 10 out of 10, and my thanks to all the staff. I did not meet any staff on either arrival or departure but had previously spoken to the owner on the telephone who was most helpful. I notice you have a lovely photo of a property in Redhill which people might think is Hathway House! A better map based on walking from the airport is required. Loved the rocking chair & custard creams!

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol...

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol Airport (which was the reason for our stay) or if you want a few days break around the area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was good with both English and curries on the menu.

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively...

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively rarely sleep on flights, so simply wanted bed & shower for the night. There looked to be rather a nice Pub over the road, where I could have gone to eat had I wished. Bus stop opposite for access to City Centre, so more environmentally friendly travel & economic.

Excellent breakfast included. A good range of drinks and dining options available all day in a comfortable dining area. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We only stayed one night at either end of our holiday but it was ideal for before and after our flights from Bristol Airport

I had a very early flight in the morning.

I had a very early flight in the morning. The extra cost was avoidable had I booked at the airport hotel. The transport arrangements, made by the owner, at extra cost, would have been avoided and longer in bed for me. The accommodation was comfortable - wish I had stayed there longer and experienced the comfortable bed for longer.

I liked the location.

I liked the location. The images on line made the apartment look great BUT it was cold and the heating wouldn’t turn on as it was on a timer. The second bed was impossible to sleep on as it had a bar sticking in your back. Lamps didn’t work. Tap rotated when we turned it on. No dishwasher tablet provided with dishwasher. They supplied three biscuits and tea/coffee sachets and sachets of milk for the morning. We paid a lot of money for an inferior accommodation and will not stay again.

Warm welcome after a long journey returning from our holiday. Special mention to the blond haired lady receptionist who was so helpful and check in was seamless which we really appreciated. Our room was spotlessly clean, quality bedding and towels. Perfect shower and nights sleep. We will definitely use this hotel when travelling from Bristol Airport.

Very nice hotel. Booked last minute for business in Bristol. Can't fault the place. Good sized car park. Intercom for entry. Once in and walked from car park to hotel manager was there waiting to check me in. Very comfortable Very well equipped. Will consider again if needed.

Just a few minutes walk from the Bristol airport. The room was clean and comfortable. That was what I needed for a night before an early flight the next day. I had dinner at a pub just in front of the hotel.
