It's just a 5-minute walk from the Bristol airport. The staff are nice. Food is good. The room is spacious and has all the amenities in it. I only stayed for a few hours, since it's only to spend the night coming from a flight, and to wait for the train home. I wish I would have stayed longer.

What an absolutely perfect little retreat! My husband and I stayed for one night in order to go to a friend's party nearby. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, tasteful and private. The little walk up through the orchard is lovely. Probably the best place I have ever stayed for character. Lovely warm welcome and good comms from the owners too. Perfect!

Everything about the Darlington Arms was lovely. The staff members were friendly, polite, and accommodating. Meals were appetising, both breakfast and dinner. The location was very rural so for a stay of a few days or more, a car would be a must for us. However, we understand the bus service is good.

We appreciated the welcoming refreshments upon arrival by Luke and the team. The service was excellent and our needs attended to with eagerness and a kind smile. The dining was first class and morning breakfast delightful. Thank you Luke for our best stay in the entire UK. The Swan Inn is a truly quaint and worth the effort to visit and stay

It was a comfortable overnight stay due to an early flight. The facilities were really good, an extremely comfortable bed with the ability to make tea and coffee in the room. Dinner options were varied and the continental breakfast was excellent. Very short walk to the terminal, ideal in every way

I did not meet any staff on either arrival or departure but had previously spoken to the owner on the telephone who was most helpful. I notice you have a lovely photo of a property in Redhill which people might think is Hathway House! A better map based on walking from the airport is required. Loved the rocking chair & custard creams!

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol...

Excellent place to stay for either travelling from Bristol Airport (which was the reason for our stay) or if you want a few days break around the area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was good with both English and curries on the menu.

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively...

Whilst I’m fussy, I’m also single, travelled extensively rarely sleep on flights, so simply wanted bed & shower for the night. There looked to be rather a nice Pub over the road, where I could have gone to eat had I wished. Bus stop opposite for access to City Centre, so more environmentally friendly travel & economic.

Excellent breakfast included.

Excellent breakfast included. A good range of drinks and dining options available all day in a comfortable dining area. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We only stayed one night at either end of our holiday but it was ideal for before and after our flights from Bristol Airport

I had a very early flight in the morning.

I had a very early flight in the morning. The extra cost was avoidable had I booked at the airport hotel. The transport arrangements, made by the owner, at extra cost, would have been avoided and longer in bed for me. The accommodation was comfortable - wish I had stayed there longer and experienced the comfortable bed for longer.

Warm welcome after a long journey returning from our holiday. Special mention to the blond haired lady receptionist who was so helpful and check in was seamless which we really appreciated. Our room was spotlessly clean, quality bedding and towels. Perfect shower and nights sleep. We will definitely use this hotel when travelling from Bristol Airport.

The location was perfect as we were flying from Bristol airport the next day (five mins drive away) and going into Bristol on the evening (twenty mins drive away), the view from the hotel was lovely and the rooms were big and comfortable - the bathroom was particularly great! The breakfast was a smaller section but very nice

Everything. Spacious sleeping are with comfy beds. A lovely large kitchen area and the outside private decking was great. The perfect setting to get our holiday started.... 7am flight at Bristol the following morning.
