The hotel was just reopening after a short break over Christmas and I believe we were the only guests that night. We received a warm welcome from Janet (top marks to her!) who also prepared our wonderful cooked-to-order breakfast the following morning. Our two family rooms were in the annex which was warm and cosy with spotless carpets. The rooms were also clean as a whistle and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed our stay immenesly.

This hotel was beyond amazing for a short family stay with 2 young kids. Room was spacious and very clean, restaurant/pub food was so tasty for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff were exceptional. Really child-friendly place but would cater to anyone.

There was nothing to dislike about this fantastic little place in the countryside. Comfortable, cosy and memorable. The facilities are first rate and of good quality. Lovely toiletries, towels etc. Extra touches we were not expecting such as drinks, milk, bread and eggs. If you are doing the South Downs Way, you will need your rucksack and nothing else to stay here in comfort. Shannon, the host goes the extra mile to provide information and even picked us up from the end of our walk from the pub. Would highly recommend

This place is perfect in every way and so much more than I expected. Owner was lovely and on hand if needed, location was perfect for looking at stars and just enough out of the way. Hut was exceptional as was the hot tub and pool. Can't wait to come back.

It is a very some park with only 6 cabins and very peaceful. Helen the owner was the most welcoming person I have ever met and she really made our stay feel even more special. She looked after our every need and more. We will be going back again soon as it was an exceptional time
