Pretty perfect accommodation, beautiful, modern, very friendly and helpful service. What to add that has not been said before.. the shower water pressure was fabulous! (In my travelling experience that is very rare in the UK!)

Everything! Location was secluded and idyllic. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and so much thought had gone into making our stay comfortable. Very generous welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Rooms were great, charming, almost stately home chintz! Bathrooms were clean and really well equipped with towels and quality toiletries. The gardens were beautifully maintained and it was such a joy to visit. The breakfast was outstanding - we would go out of our way to stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful countryside, a little gem. Be aware that there are no shops in Rose Ash, but a short drive into South Molton provides butchers, bakers and an assortment of other retail shops. Barnstaple is the main hub for larger shops, and a retail park.
