Atteactive and interesting town, a good springing off point for that area. Recommend walk up the coastwatch lookout and the lighthouse. The town had a good mix of shops, and we recommend the excellent food and service at Queen’s Arms pub in nearby Botallack - a very good recommendation by our hostess at the pod.

St Just is a very friendly town with a wide range of...

St Just is a very friendly town with a wide range of facilties, several shops including a post office and hardwear shop, it also has, a bakery, butchers, gift shops and at least 3 small supermarkets which I deemed to be a very good range. Further to this eating out was fabulous, there are a wide range of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

St Just is a small village that has some lovely gift shops, cafe, small co-op, pubs, and generally has a nice atmosphere to amble around. The free car park in the village is an asset as there is hardly anywhere to park in Cornwall for free. A lovely place to visit overall

The location of the cute flat couldn't be better.

The location of the cute flat couldn't be better. It is very easy to park at the nearby, free city parking lot, with a short walk to the unit. It is also a short walk to the center of town with many stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Although small, the living, bath, and bedroom areas are beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor walled garden on sunny days. While we found the flat manageable, the steep stairs and narrow passages may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

St Just is a very busy town which has lots of interesting...

St Just is a very busy town which has lots of interesting things to see and do. There is the Jackson Foundation which is a beautiful art gallery, it is in a great location for Cape Cornwall and all other surrounding ports. There is a great co-op and other local food shops and other independent shops. There are a number of places to eat and pubs. All in all a great place to visit.

I return each year from Australia as I have family in the...

I return each year from Australia as I have family in the town. The town is a very creative and artistic place. It has many traditional festivals which are unique . The town has a variety of cafes and fine dining. Vegans and vegetarians are well catered for. It is close to other historic towns and villages. Public transport is good. Open top buses for visitors is a good way to see the surrounding countryside.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, easy access for good coastal walks and easy access to St Just.The food in the dining area was absolutely 💯 top class and some of the best food we've had eating out..The evening chef was a professional through and through. The breakfast was also superb all the food was hot with plenty of selection of continental too The young staff Robyn,Keele,flo and Liam were all absolutely delightful, pleasant well mannered and very helpful..

The breakfast at The Commercial was great. It was served hot, in good time after ordering, eas very fresh and tasty. The conservatory was very light, airy and clean. The Reception was also bright and inviting with nice decoration. The location is right in the centre of St.Just which was great for the local shops etc. There was a free car park about a 2 minute walk from the hotel which is quite a rarity in Cornwall, so that was a surprising bonus.

The hosts Zoe and Jamie were excellent. The fridge unfortunately broke down overnight during our stay. We contacted Zoe and Jamie in the morning and they had a totally new fridge bought and installed that afternoon! You couldn’t ask for a better response than that! Overall, the Barn was very well laid out, very comfortable and in a great location. We absolutely loved it! Very close to Cape Cornwall and the Heinz Monument
