The Glendower Hotel was an absolute experience! The room facilities were ideal and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room itself had a wonderful, cozy retro vibe. The pub downstairs was basically the meeting place for the whole village. The host did his job with passion and with an incredible warmth. Despite significant language barriers, we quickly got into conversation with people. It was a lot of fun with you guys, thank you! - the german backpackers :)

Warm welcoming host who cooked us a delicious meal on our first night and amazing breakfasts cooked with wonderful local produce. Rooms were cosy, spotlessly clean and decorated in a warm and inviting Welsh style, loved the beautiful vintage wool blankets on the beds! Alan was a super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating host and we have already booked to return! Thank you for a super relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was like visiting a dear auntie in the countryside. Mrs Jones is really a very nice lady, who prepared excellent breakfast for us and we also find a sweet surprise in the fridge after arrival. The room was huuuge (very unusual in UK!), clean and comfortable. It's close to and far away from the rest of the world at the same time. Easy parking.

It was bliss. A beautiful location right in the middle of nature. Sat in the garden you could hear the birds and the bees, it was very peaceful. The pod was super cute and had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition. Brian, the owner, was lovely. Really helpful and welcoming… Thank you for letting us stay, we had a fabulous weekend :D I would definitely go back and 100% recommend a stay at The Orchard Glamping Pod to others :)

An excellent caravan for a memorable vacation.We were unlucky for not being able to enjoy a full day stay with this beautiful inside of the caravan due to ferry arrival from Roslare Ireland at 11pm. By 10am the next day....we have to check out

Great views in all directions from a large well equipped...

Great views in all directions from a large well equipped apartment. Amazing sunsets. Access is via small country roads but easy to manage. Close to the coast path - though not a flat path and quite rocky. I wanted quiet nature break so it was perfect for me. Perhaps less so for anyone wanted to go out in the evenings. Great boat trips out to the islands - plenty of puffins, gannets, razorbills etc (departure is Martin Haven an hour away).
