Wonderful building and the place was absolutely spotless. Superb location, just an easy 5 minutes walk into town. Gorgeously decorated and the little touches did not go unnoticed. Tracey the manager was so friendly and welcoming.

The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and super friendly. From the second we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Very quirky hotel, rooms really comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the pancake maker was a huge hit with our son! Games and books in the lounge area and Sunday movie night, complete with popcorn, were a fantastic unexpected addition!
