The staff who serve at the bar and food halls are good. The rest walk around ignoring you. There is no phone charging points in the bedrooms. Hotel is dated inside & our superior room which we paid extra for wasn't the best & would of said it was a standard room. Very friendly staff, swimming pool and facilities very well kept and the kids loved it. The only down side was the restaurant/bar area had only 2 members of staff and was fairly busy, long waiting for the order and then the food came out at long distance as we were 4 adults and 3 kids we couldn't have dinner all together. Shedfield appears to be a just a main road with an estate and a few houses. Wickham down the road is very pretty - a co op, chip shop, takeaways. But central location for all the popular local attractions - Portsmouth, Southampton, Beaulieu, Chichester. You would need a car to stay here.Guest review byAndrewUnited Kingdom

We were warmly welcomed by him and he was interested in the reason for our visit. Paul went out of his way to help on Saturday morning when we had a problem with our vehicle and again in the evening when the carpark was full. The hotel was clean and well cared for inside.
