The room was larger than I thought it would be with an additional bed, no additional fee though :) There was everything I could have needed in the room - iron and ironing board, heater, fan, hair drier, tea, coffee and biscuits.

Close M11 and Stansted.

Close M11 and Stansted. A small village with some local shops. Good location to explore Essex and South Suffolk, lots of things to see nearby. The roads are narrow and there are lots of small villages with speed limits. A popular area for cyclists and bikers.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The food was exceptional, would use them again but unfortunately no more events expected in their location. Only negative was the man who helped serve breakfast, he was not dressed appropriately - it looked like pyjamas but likely shorts & T-shirt

Great location to reach the airport. we chose this because it had more character than an airport hotel. Lovely pub, food was very good! you won’t go hungry, and breakfast was ideal. We were made very welcome and room was spotless! we will stay again…thankyou
