Loved everything about it. Felt completely at home. Room was beautiful, breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay.

This beautiful building is very close to Swansea city. The staff were brilliant especially at reception. We were upgraded to a lovely suite which was a lovely surprise. Everything was spotless . Great breakfast menu and all cooked to perfection.

All members of staff we interacted with were very helpful. The way they handled a mix up with parking (which was our fault) went beyond our expectations and we were very grateful for their kindness. The room was a decent size despite using a sofa bed and there were ample towels available. The location was useful for us and check in and out was speedy.

As soon as you enter the hotel smells really nice the warm friendly welcome from the reception desk staff. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom, as soon as you enter the room, smells so fresh - had an amazing Seaview room. AC was perfect, and the TV size was great. Loved the armchair and the small coffee table. Would definitely book again when visiting Swansea again.

During our stay, we have received exceptional service from front desk, restaurant staff, and night security. In particular, Steve & Simon at night, and Rachel at Reception. Indeed, they made our stay feel like home as they go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable over Christmas For example, Steve made me a cup of tea at 3am (as I was jet lagged, could not sleep, and did not want to wake my wife to make a beverage). He also informed bar staff that he would "close out & clean up" after letting me watch my home NFL team the Seattle Seahawks after the bar was closed. Rachel provided us with service and assistance that was more commensurate with the concierge at The Langham, New York rather than a desk clerk, and enthusiastically attended to our every need. I have never experienced such a professional and friendly team of people in a UK hotel!

Really lovely area - a nice cafe and little shop within...

Really lovely area - a nice cafe and little shop within walking distance, 10 mins to a big supermarket, and a gorgeous park and botanical gardens within a five min walk. Swansea is only 10 mins away, and it is a good base for Cardiff, which is less than an hour away. Mumbles beach and pier is a 10 min drive, and is an absolutely lovely day out with rock pools, traditional seaside food and amusements.

Sketty was amazing and everything we needed as a group was...

Sketty was amazing and everything we needed as a group was minutes away. We enjoyed the sea view everywhere we looked. Absolutely our next visit will be longer because we didn’t explore all of Sketty or Swansea in general. I definitely recommend visiting Sketty for its beauty and gorgeous views.
