Everything was great! The size of the room was perfect! The amenities were great. I had forgotten the universal adapter and needed to work after taking a nap. The Heathrow South Apartments by Charles Hope, is phenomenal! I loved that it's situated right in the middle of the City Centre, and had all the major shops and restaurants around. First of all, I would like to highlight the great attention received by Eva, the person who cleans the rooms. Ana is an incredible person who treated my 3 year old son like a grandmother, my son, when we returned to the hotel, only looked for Ana, she also treated our dog great, because one day we had to leave her for a few hours and when we returned, she had put food, drink and arranged her resting place, it was incredible. but Ana has something for everyone and for us she gave us some incredible tips for our visit to legoland and offered us smiles and care throughout our stay and the truth is that we were sad to leave to go back to our lives as we appreciated so much love. when you arrive, they give you a welcome drink and it is formidable. The staff at the reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and will help you with any queries you may have. The location is perfect, close to the centre of Winsor and a host of restaurants. The cleanliness is very good. Electric car charger available. We would like to thank all the staff for the way they treated us and especially Eva for the care she gave us.

Staines, like most towns in the UK is suffering from decline of the traditional high street. This is mainly due to out of town shopping centres and large supermarkets. Very good market in the high street on a Saturday.

Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow.

Well located for access to from M25/M3/Heathrow. It was a good base for a 2 day visit to Windsor & then Twickenham. Trains run regularly to both. Town was well facilitated with shops, food outlets both major and independent businesses

Lovely location near the river Thames which was nice to walk by in the morning and evenings. Good local area with shops and restaurants and the train station goes straight into London. Really easy to access nearby transport links and Heathrow airport too.

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we...

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

The Swan Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and clean. Every day we had cookies, coffee, pods, and tea. The rooms overlooking the river are wonderful. Great breakfast, both continental and English. We dined at the restaurant and stayed the pub – everything was excellent: the food, the beer, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful.
