Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive. Staff were professional and helpful and the hotel was brilliantly located. The roof terrace was lovely!

I like how comfortable and clean my room was. It has everything I need from heater to hairdryer and kettle. Also the receptionisits are nice, who helped me charge my phone while I was looking for an adapter.

The location is amazing for riverside walks all the way to Oxford city central. Breakfast was very good lots of things to chose from. Staff was super nice !

Very nice area to walk around, & to the event at the...

Very nice area to walk around, & to the event at the Northcourt, also to the shop. Lots of greenery, & nice architecture. The pubs were very nice & had great food - not too expensive. Nice walk along the brook towards Abingdon, but we unfortunately encountered a local paranoiac, who came out of her house & objected to us taking photos of the brook & the trees, insisting that we were on private land - we couldn't have been as there was no sign or barrier as it was along the brook by the bridge where anyone could easily walk, & the local council would need to go there to inspect & tidy up the brookside environment, although it was all very overgrown already for the time of year. She followed us for some way, really close up, basically harassing us, taking photos of us, & repeatedly asking us "Who ARE you, what's your motivation?". Our answers, that we were visitors, merely strolling around the neighbourhood, taling the odd photo of the scenery, didn't suffice. It was all very weird & goodness knows what she may have been trying to hide, but she didn't stop us carrying on our walk to Abingdon where we found interesting shops & a nice pub, The King's Head & Bell, with an outdoor area to eat in.
