Location. Peaceful.Excellent breakfast Everything was great besides the poor wifi. Also no air conditioning. It was mentioned very clearly but I somehow missed it. Highlighting it for people like me. Double room was a standard UK double. So if you want a larger room and bed, book a twin room and request for the beds to be joined. Room is bigger with more space to put stuff. The hotel and service is just lovely

Breakfast was excellent - freshly made dishes to choose from a menu every morning with tea/coffee. Everyone was absolutely nice so we had a truly delightful stay. The place was newly renovated and is very cozy and lovingly furnished. When we arrived in the evening and the weather was not that great we could warm ourselves by the fireplace. Our room was spacious, we had the window to the street but it was not loud. Parking available. We stayed there to visit Canterbury but also made a trip to the outlet center in Ashford and to Whitstable (also highly recommended!). We will definitely come again.

we were happily surprised with the accommodation. the room was cute, very comfortable and had a door leading to a cool patio (too bad it wasn’t sunny, it would be the perfect spot to drink a beer and chill). at night the restaurant is busy and it has a great atmosphere. the location was amazing. we would definitely stay again.

Everything was just pefect! The friendly staff helped us feel right at hom from the very beginning of our stay. A nice breakfast in the beautiful patio suited us and our dog perfectly. The style of the hotel was exactly how you would imagine a small , cosy, british hotel.
