Accommodating host, understanding of the weather as it was raining all day at alton towers so they left the heating on etc. Very nice cozy clean property. They even had some fresh milk tea coffee and sugar. Really good!

It exceeded my expectations for the budget price that we had to pay. I was blown away with what we had for the cost of our stay. £40 for two people and there was a sauna, a gym, a steam room. Although budget it's 100% worth and value for money, but remember it is a budget. Stay bear that in mind the holiday is what you make it. We met some wonderful people. Thank you for this day. I would definitely go back. The atmosphere was great

We loved everything about our stay with Ian and Jan. The chalet was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The hosts even left us fresh eggs from the chickens, milk, juice, butter and bread. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen - which was fully equipped with everything you might need. The bed was also very comfortable and the view was breathtaking.

The property was very clean, perfect location for anyone visiting Alton towers, very comfy beds, lovely village, quiet, it had all of the appliances and supplies we needed for travelling with our baby, modern but also a nice homey cottage atmosphere. Abbey was very helpful with all her correspondence and check in was easy, the room was comfortable and well furnished, the large walk in shower was great. Tea/coffee and toiletries provided are a lovely touch. I stayed with my wife for a week and felt very safe and comfortable here. Thank you Abbey.
