We were absolutely stunned by the perfection of the room. Clearly its quality level far exceeds its price range. It almost felt as coming home. We saw this as a simple solution to sleep before catching the ferry, but we already decided to return and stay a couple of days more. I really would recommend.

The staff was excellent and very friendly We used the family room on top of the pub - it was surprisingly very quiet thanks to excellent sound-proofing - it was nicely decorated The bathroom was clean and very big, but we had to go through the corridor to access it The breakfast was very good The location in Harwich was great

The house was immaculate. Lots of little things that made it homely. Tea and coffee etc Sponges and cleaning stuff to use as we went. Great space and easy to access. Beds had soft and hard pillows and bedding was not cheap. Mattresses were thick and cosy. You could tell a lot of love has been put into this property.

We chose this property primarily due to its location, close to Felixstowe town centre. We stayed at The Annexe for two weeks and could not have been happier. The Annexe far exceeded our expectations, was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and a real home from home. Our host Jan was very helpful, friendly, available but never intrusive. Pre-booking communication was excellent. We shall absolutely be returning again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this property.
