Very welcoming family owned hotel with an excellent restaurant that serves good food throughout the day, whether it is breakfast, lunch or diner. Every member of the staff is as friendly as the owners. One of my favorite places to stay. Even if it is for business that I stayed here, I would definitely return with my family when in the area.

A great place to base yourself in order to explore Oxford. S1 bus every 20 minutes. A charming hotel with cosy but well furbished rooms in a lovely little village. The staff (owners) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Good food served in the pub also. Highly recommended.

We booked quite late so the kitchen was already closed when we arrived. Despite this, the manager went above and beyond and asked the kitchen staff to make something for us. They made the most delicious ploughman's platter for us. This is a beautiful country style pub with a lovely outdoor seating area. The staff are young and vibrant and very friendly. We recommend that you stay here, you won't be disappointed!

The property was wonderful in every way. The room was even better than the photos, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Attention to detail was excellent and the staff can’t be faulted so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

We loved everything and particularly liked the friendly service from Emily both on check in and later in the bar. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed dinner snd breakfast. It was good to have so many vegetarian choices .

An amazing, quirky boutique hotel which surprised and delighted at every turn. Our room was comfortable, unusually furnished and quiet. The food in the 'pub' was anything but 'pub food' - it was full of flavour, delicious, with generous portions.. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would score this hotel 10 out of 10, and would happily return. Thanks guys.

Wonderful, warm, and cozy hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and made my birthday memorable. We stayed to visit Blenheim and celebrate my birthday. The property is only a short walk away from the palace. The hotel has a wonderful bar and the food at The Aviary was fabulous.

We had a lovely stay. I was touched by the surroundings.

We had a lovely stay. I was touched by the surroundings. Me and my daughter loved the opportunity to play table tennis and pool. We were happy with all the facilities provided. Wifi signal to the top floor (some of the rooms) was not ideal which was the only negative feedback on a wonderful stay. I would definitely consider coming back and would recommend this to friends and other family members. 😀
