The rooms were nice, good size, comfortable beds, working TV/kettle. Lots of room in the wardrobe. Staff were very friendly and food was very nice in the restruant downstairs and breakfast was included which was good.

What a wonderful place to stay this B&B is. We traveled in the absolute off-season and were lucky enough to find a gem of relaxation and peace here. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and we felt very comfortable here. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were harmonious. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. This B&B is a real recommendation and we will definitely come back when we travel to the area again.

Attached to the owner’s house, this wonderful apartment has room to dine, as well as a lovely private courtyard. A microwave, air fryer and good sized fridge enable guests to prepare simple meals, but there are also good restaurants nearby. Good selection of cereals, porridge and bread provided as well as milk and tea/coffee. Sharon kindly removed a piece of furniture so we could bring the bikes in, but for the second night we didn’t bother. The courtyard had a bolt and the area felt very safe. Good cycle routes from the house. Ethical tourism. Nice to feel locals are not deprived of homes by visitors to this property.

The cottage was so warm and cosy on a chilly winter getaway...

The cottage was so warm and cosy on a chilly winter getaway in November. The kitchen was well equipped and in full working order. The cottage felt spacious and the whole complex was attractive. Although in a secluded area it was easy to visit surrounding areas such as Cromer, Kings Lynn and Thursford. The pleasant owner was on hand to answer any queries and I wish we could have stayed longer.

We booked the property as we were visiting the Thursford...

We booked the property as we were visiting the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. We ate in Fakenham. The property is down a narrow lane which would be fine in summer but not so good in November. However, it was close to Thursford and fitted in with our plans. It was also a very nice barn conversion.
