A comfortable, private place with lush surroundings. Great value. Appreciated the small touches such as a variety of available toiletries. Marcus and son, Alex were lovely hosts. This is a definite 10! If you are looking for a quiet place where you can hear only the sea surf, birds and cicadas, you have found it. Amazing views from both the restaurant and the terraces of the rooms. These are simple, but polished to the last detail. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and clean. The restaurant can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, always at the agreed time. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The beach is just a few steps away. It is the windward side of the island, so you have to take into account the presence of seaweed on the beach. However, the bay is sandy and very gently sloping, so swimming here is very pleasant. There are sunbeds in the shade of palm trees.

I've had an absolutely lovely time staying with Ingrid and Thomas. The gardens and setting are just gorgeous, very peacefull with ocean views from the veranda. Wake up to the sounds of nature, cicada's and birds. I've ended up staying for 3 weeks! Needed a base to rest, walked daily 15 min to the small bay for my swim and took the local bus around the island. You can do everything from here. I would recommend to eat at Ingrid's, her food is absolutely delicous and not to be missed! She sure is an amazing cook and gardener among many other talents. When Ingrid smiles, her whole face lights up, be ready for warm Caribean welcome!
