Everything was perfect, from the entrance we were greeted with professionalism by the welcoming staff. The room was sparkly clean and had amazing finishings & furnish. The view was great and the facilities were worldclass, which I have not experienced in this price range. The highlight is the outdoor jacuzzi with the mountain view. I rate this property 10/10

OUTSTANDING ! Not only place and food but most importantly PEOPLE . In Hotel Tsiba showed us what is True Hospitality . They took care of us since arriving at Tbilisi Airport early morning . Showed us around Gudauri , explained , helped with anything we asked . We just can really recommend this place for your stay . We were really made to feel welcome, we were looked after like family. Location was fantastic even though snow conditions made ski-in, ski-out impossible, the walk to the lift is very short. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would happily stay again.
