We had an amazing stay here. It surpassed our expectations. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. It's easy to get to by car, and close enough to the other attractions in the area. The bed and the room were wonderful. It shows that it's a new hotel. Everything is fresh and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in Georgia. The bathroom is spacious & clean. Don't even get us started on breakfast - it was beyond amazing. Waffles, roasted pumpkin, fruits, potatoes, and so much more! Giga & his girlfriend went above and beyond in everything. They were super sweet. We spent so much time talking to him and we loved it. He also had some great recommendations for supper. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

The cottage is very nice and cozy, with the beautifully view on the mountains. Inside the cottage was also basic equipment that was more than enough for a short stay. Huge private garden with outdoor seats. However, there are several areas for improvements from owner’s side.

I loved the materials used in the interior. The bathroom is comfortable. The water pressure is super strong. I loved the hostess. A nice woman with warm and tender smile. The location is just great. The view is marvelous. To cut short, I'll definitly rebook it if I get there again.

Nice rooms, great view, very good shower. Perfect breakfast, friendly staff. Make sure to not use the road your navigation app recommends to get to the hotel. Use the parallel road to the left.

10/10 location. High enough to get a perfect view of the mountains and even the church. But also short walk to centre where all the restaurants and shops are. The owner was super helpful and welcoming. You can also use the big communal fridge and has cups and plates. And the best part is the terrace is large, almost 360 view. Will book again without question.

Our stay for sure exceeded our expectations. Hotel is brand-new, has wonderful interior and exterior. Would like to mention the amazing sauna that was arranged specially for us. And also the friendly staff, nice breakfast, cleanliness and facilities in the rooms overall. Suatis Resort Kazbegi would for sure work for solo-travellers as well. I highly recommend staying here especially if you're exploring Stepantsminda and surroundings by car.
