the property was centrally located .. all the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful .. always a smile on their face and always ensured that they went out of their way to assist and cater to our requirements .. the rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff ensures to clean the rooms daily .. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Artizan.

The hotel is located halfway between Old Tbilisi and the new city center. So it is a perfect place to take a walk around. The rooms with comfortable beds are very clean. But what is the best in this hotel is the staff. They are very kind and polite. Also they helped me in everything whatever I asked. So special thanks to David. Anni, Dima and Luka. I stayed for 5 days in this cute and relatively new hotel. The location is just perfect, in the center of the city, close to Rustaveli road (but not noisy), bus line, across nice and tasty local restaurants, 5 minutes walking from Opera House (the meeting point of 1-day tours around Georgia - Kazbegi, Kakheti, Gori). The price was reasonable for big room (201), including full breakfast and complete amenities. The owner and staff are amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Thank you Shayan, Bahram and Ana. I'm so glad to meet you and your Georgian hospitality. If you like small, warm, local-hospitality experience, the hotel is trully recommended. Tips: bring cash to pay.

Fantastic small hotel in Didi Dighomi. I stayed here two nights while transiting through Tbilisi, and I would absolutely stay here again. I set my expectations according to the staggeringly low price I paid, but I have to say this place competes on equal footing with mid-range priced budget hotels. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I experienced a language barrier when speaking with staff in-person, but they were super patient with me as I relied on my translator app. We had a couple of good laughs about some mis-translations. My room was really spacious, very clean, equipped with a generously sized fridge and dining table, and had all of the basics covered for comfort: slippers, robe, towels, iron, toiletries, and lots of clothing storage space. The hotel has good wifi and my room was equipped with lots of electrical outlets for all of my device charging needs. Bed was large with a firm mattress and the windows were massive, which was great during the day to have lots of sunlight and nice views of the mountains at the edge of the city. The location is also very convenient in terms of proximity to shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs - everything you might need within a 15-minute walk. Also I want to say an extra big thank you to hotel staff: my flight arrived during the wee hours of the morning (basically still night). I had pre-arranged with the hotel to store my luggage until I could check in later that day, but when I arrived they had already prepared my room and I was able to check in immediately. I'm very grateful to them for making this possible as I was able to crawl into bed and sleep off my exhaustion from travelling!
