Amazing hotel! Located on the bank of a stream with ducks and storks, the place itself has been given extraordinary thought, both the room and the dining room are filled with the handiwork of an expert locksmith and with the unique and beautiful design of the owner. The garden is well-kept and full of fruit trees and lovely corners for sitting and reading a book in peace in front of the stream. We had a great time!

The location works if you are on your way to or from anywhere around. And yet, you may prefer driving some more or less for better accomodation.

Paid 120 gel include dinner and breakfast then you could get village tour,cooking class and 1000% homemade experience.Everything is made by the owner include butter and cheese. Owner are history teacher work in the school,great chance chat with local and get to know about Armenian people live in Georgia. Btw,bed are very comfy.

This hotel is in a fabulous location overlooking the cliff, just 15 minutes from the Vardzia Caves. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is the most special that we tasted during the trip. We also tasted the purple potatoes, which were very tasty. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location, great room, great breakfast and dinner! Everything was just perfect thanks to Tsotne and his parents and grandfather. If you stay here, you are treated like a familymember.
