Fantastic location by the seaside. Best part of the town. Hotel is really fragrant and very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Fabulous room with balcony. Sparklingly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. The breakfast is outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, a real feast. The hosts are lovely - helpful and cheerful. Will definitely stay again.

It was my first time in kobuleti and it couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful and the hotel exceeded all expectations. Rooms were clean and neat, the staff and the owners were very polite and lovely. The view from our room was especjally beautiful during the sunset, make sure you don't miss it. We are totally going back again next year.

From the very first moments, we felt right at home — only with a better breakfast and no dirty dishes! The staff were welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Aftandil — it felt like he knew what we needed before we even asked. The room was spotless and cosy, with thoughtful little touches that set the mood: soft lighting, a comfortable bed, and a fresh, clean scent in the air. And the view... that’s a story on its own. You wake up, pull back the curtains — and there it is: the beach sparkling in the sun like a dream postcard. Sipping your morning coffee with that view beats any spa experience. The location? A gem.
