Absolutely beautiful location! The houses are on the hill overlooking the valley, away from the main road. The place is very peaceful and relaxed. The houses are beautifully designed and everything is well thought through. The stuff puts a lot attention into details and do maximum to make your stay pleasant. Such a unique place! We had an unforgettable stay, feeling like we had our very own personal winery! As the only visitors, we enjoyed exclusive access to the entire mansion, with the charming host, Tamari, appearing just at the right moments to assist us without disrupting our sense of being the "winery owners." As "owners," we experienced the most contemporary winery in Georgia, equipped with the latest technology that's even difficult to import. The 360-degree vineyards surrounding the property added to the charm. Although they don't serve dinners, the spacious dream kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals. We received a special personal bonus from the owner, which we won't detail here to avoid setting future expectations. It was an unexpected gesture that made our experience even more extraordinary. Sometimes, it's the surprises that money can't buy that make a stay truly memorable. We were fortunate to experience this during our visit. Thank you, Tamari and Zurab!

Centrally located and within walking distance to most sights. Lea was there to receive us when we arrived and got us help to carry our suitcases to our room. Be aware that the double rooms (4 in number) are on the ground level while the two twin rooms are on the lower level which is accessible via a steep flight of steps. Those with mobility issues should be aware. Lea helped us with ironing and washing our clothes. Tea and coffee can be made at the central reception area where you can sit and chat or be in the balcony to enjoy the outdoors. We heard praises of her breakfast but we couldn’t have the pleasure since we were never there for it. Highly recommended.

- nice and helpful host - very clean accommodation, (i think is newly built) - the host lives in a separate building downstairs which gives me a lot of privacy - i was also the only guest staying at the time, so I had the whole place - refreshing breakfast - amazing view at the balcony

The hotel is very clean, and the surrounding landscape is great. Food was great, especially when paid during dinner time. Though the breakfast might have more variations and choices. The staff is very attentive and helps with everything!
