The staff at Central Inn Hotel were amazing — they speak perfect English, are very polite, and always ready to help. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions right away, and even gave us umbrellas to use when it started raining! The location is great, right in the city center and close to everything. The hotel is cozy, clean, and very well managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kutaisi!

Nearby about 5 minutes - old Sinagogue and Christian Church. All rooms have entrance from the small garden which from you can see ancient Monastery on a high Hill. There are also small shared kitchen in this garden where have all for tea or coffee. Absolutely friendly and hospitality hotel owner do all for his guests. Breakfast is delicious of national kitchen. Young hotel owner George professional vine specialist can advise your vine shopping and as well city route.

This is the amazing hotel, very good location, near the cable road, very comfortable room, so nice lady in reception. I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very cozy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality – it really felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and I’ll surely come back on my next trip. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
