We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the hosts. They made us feel right at home and even surprised us with a bottle of their delicious homemade wine – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. It was easy to find and had convenient parking right on-site, which made everything stress-free from the start. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough appliances and utensils – easily enough for 8 people, though we were only 5. It was perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful scenery all around – a true escape into nature. We especially loved sitting outside and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. One small issue we noticed was that the shower head wasn’t working upon arrival, but as soon as we mentioned it, the hosts immediately took care of it. By the second day, it was already fixed – fast, efficient, and much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely pleased with everything. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, and such kind and attentive hosts made this one of our favorite stays ever. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

The host is super hospitable and helpful. The rooms are clean and bigger than you'll ever need. The garden was green and well maintained. I was offered different kinds of fruit by the host from his own garden and he gave me a full bag of mandarins when I left.

The rooms were clean and the location was decent. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs/omelette. After we had checked in, the owner/manager was kind enough to print a list of must-see attractions in and around Tskaltubo. He even discussed attractions in Borjomi, which was our next destination. It was a decent stay.

If you are tired from the airport, this is the best place to spend the night nearby. They have an airport transfer and welcoming staff. They will feed you, make sure you are fine and even transfer to railways for free. The location is also super quiet and nice. Good after a noisy trip
