Excellent stay at Svanieri We had a wonderful time at Svanieri. The privacy and quietness were exactly what we were looking for. The location offers great tranquility away from noise and crowds just on the hiking trails. Cleanliness of the house was outstanding, with everything spotless and well-maintained. Food was exceptional and both the owner have been incredibly kind and welcoming, surely a place where to feel home. I would definitely suggest to anyone going to Etseri to have a stop for the night in Pari not just because of the trek, which might get a little tricky on the way Etseri and that i wouldn't recommend to do the after the sunrise, but also because this guest house, with its welcoming hosts and delicious and plentiful food and wine, is definitely worth the stop. I would also really suggest to try their wine, outstandingly good.

Wonderful views in all directions in probably the best hotel in the area of Ushba. Very friendly staff with excellent manager, cooks and other staff. The owner, Marlen and his wife are always ready to help and can arrange for any requirement, including travel, horse riding, excursions, guiding and, amazingly, traditional Svaneti dancing lessons in the premises of the hotel itself, using an ex-professional Georgian dancer and instructor! Nargiz and Natasha in the kitchen and hotel premises have also been extremely helpful and friendly, with excellent cooking and also providing washing machine for laundry.

We rented a private shale that was new and clean. The shale is made from a special wood that gives it a great smell. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location is also great, as it's not far from Mestia. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay there again.

View from the room, atmosphere, and staff, I was there in connection with the proposal to my girlfriend and it went excellent. The manager delivered a free bouquet of wild flowers on the day and he even video's the entire proposal session.

It was really long way from Tbilisi, and it was great I had possibility to use gotrip with personal driver and good car, very expensive service, but makes trip much more comfortable (I got minibus on my way back to Kobuleti and it was ~10 times cheaper) When I finally arrived I was really glad I got this beautiful place, but I was sure I will not do that trip again... But I am already miss that place, because the family accepting me made it exceptional, though there are some difficulties which I hope they will fix in future. We had lots of discussion about it, because I do wish this family success and prosperity. Yesterday in Kobuleti I ordered chishtvari in the restaurant it wasn't even edible. Tamari's chishtvari was so delicious... I miss whole family, Zaza and Tamari, beautiful daughters Mariam and Anna, strong Niko, and Manana and Anzor who were there that time too.. Maybe there is a reason to fly from Tbilisi to Mestia next time) Never say never!

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
