It's a new hotel but full of surprise. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. In this price you even have private refrigerator in the room and great breakfast. I can see the owner's ambition. The location also good. close to Avlabari metro and bus to Yerevan. I will choose again for sure.

Loved loved loved my stay here. These people take care of your comfort like a family and their hospitality is really top notch. The location is quite central so you can easily walk around. You have Spar nearby and a few nice restaurants as well. The view from the balcony is really breathtaking, I had my coffee there every evening. Also, my birthday was on one of those days that I stayed here and the staff came to my room with a cake and bottle of wine to wish me and celebrate. I recommend staying here, without any doubt.

Very good value for money. Every day we slept really well because the beds are comfortable, it was quiet and pulling the curtains makes the room go completely dark. The host is really nice and the kitchen is well equipped.
