Everything here was perfect: the pool, breakfast, staff and ofcourse the room. We liked it so much we booked the same place on our second trip to Tbilisi. Also, everything is walking distance from hotel Sota Metekhi and good restaurant options are around the corner.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

It's a backwater.

It's a backwater. Old, run-down apartment buildings, a dusty highway. The only real advantage is its proximity to the airport due to an early flight. Lots of cafes along the highway selling buns and pies. Small shops. No sights to speak of. If you have time between flights, it's better to go to the center of Tbilisi.

A very nice place to stay. It's very close to the airport.

A very nice place to stay. It's very close to the airport. The owners are incredibly friendly. They helped my father out, meeting him at the airport even though his flight was two hours late. They immediately offered him breakfast upon arrival, even treating him to a bean pie (my dad loved it). The place is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it!

Don't take breakfast because it starts at 9 am and you...

Don't take breakfast because it starts at 9 am and you probably won't be able to wait for it because you'll want to leave very early. It also doesn't serve as a place to visit the city because it is very far away in an industrial area so you always need a taxi and taxi drivers have a hard time finding the hotel.
