Amazing location, from Hotel to beach only a 2 - 4 minute walk. The beach was very clean, and comfortable, with only sand and no stones both in water and beach shores, around 1km you can walk in the water. Right next to the Hotel, you can find supermarkets and Restaurants, exchange places, and a lot of different local shops everything was very easy to find. Special thanks to Nino and Nugzar they were the most helpful and kindhearted hostess, they made our stay very comfortable and Interesting. Thank you to our taxi drivers Gregory and Bichiko who helped us move around and enjoy the best of our stay, both in Ureki, Batumi, and Kobuleti.

The room is spacious, has everything that you would need for a stay: fridge, drying racks, cloth pins, AC, comfortable mattress, nice pillows, and the safe. If you need a kettle, you may ask the receptionist. Local people said that you can drink the water from the tap, but I'm not sure! Cleaning is provided every 3 days, when they change the towels, bath supplies, and bedding.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at here and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the unique black magnetic sands of Ureki at our leisure. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and offered excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. We had an amazing stay in Kaprovan. The hotel is truly excellent. First of all, it’s new and absolutely spotless. Everything is provided for comfort — from napkins and towels to a kettle, and full kitchenware. There is even a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, not a tiny mini-fridge, which was a big plus. The room is very cozy, and the layout is so well designed that it actually feels more spacious than the square meters listed on Booking. The bedding was perfectly clean, soft, and comfortable. The balcony was simply fantastic — we were lucky to have a little swing there, which made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. You can have your meals either inside or out on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and the forest. It was also very warm inside, even though we stayed in November (around November 20-th), so the room temperature was always comfortable. The hosts deserve special appreciation — they are incredibly hospitable people. They even organized a barbecue and invited us to join, and we enjoyed delicious fish and vegetables. Their hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. Overall, everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!
