The hotel was simply great. Very clean, nice and helpful desk. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, with a large variety. The location, in the middle of the old town, was super, walking distance almost to all main attractions. The hotel is beautiful and room was cosy, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. We were on first floor but window didn't let any street noise come in. We'll gladly return to this hotel next time we visit Tbilisi.

We had a truly wonderful stay. From the manager to the front office and concierge, every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The services were excellent and everything was handled smoothly, which made our experience stress-free. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and we really appreciated the warm atmosphere they created.
