Excellent spot if you want to be near touristy locations. Rooms are more spacious than in the photos. I was glad that I booked this place. Separate thanks for breakfast, whenever I needed to grab a box and run they had a goodie bag ready for me. Very helpful and caring receptionists for any kind of queries, enjoyed my time here.

Great Central Place in old town. Free private parking which was super clutch for my rental car. Close walking distance to all the cafes, bars, restaurants. In a private courtyard off main street so not super loud during day or night. I actually ended up staying a extra night more than my original itinerary because host was super flexible and almost always on location. Room was super spacious for 3 family adults with everyone to a bed.

Tbilisi is easy to get around.

Tbilisi is easy to get around. So much history to see and understand. The people are great and very helpful. The food is really good. If you're happy to spend time wandering, you'll enjoy this city and a very different culture.

I found the residents not very friendly.

I found the residents not very friendly. This could be due to a general lack of talking in English. It was very simple to change money and it was only necessary to present your passport with high amounts. Traffic in the city is congested but the metro offers a very affordable alternative for the city at 1 Lari (USD0.3) per ride. Whenever you rent a car note that filling stations do not generally have compresses air. Petrol quality differs. There are plenty of very nice restaurants offering good wines. Saperavi is the red cultivar of choice. Restaurants are not well advertised and one must make effort to find them.

Tbilisi city is vibrant with local culture & its people who are very honest & courteous. City offers lot of Attractions to visit and appreciate their Orthodox Christian heritage. It offered top of the line Wines and food.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days. The city is amazing, but there is so much to see it will probably take a couple of trips. We also took time to do some trips outside the city. We had so much fun and saw so many things every where we went. It was truly an enchanted vacation.

In my opinion, Tbilisi is undoubtedly the most beautiful city in the Caucasus. The city is a treasure trove of historical and cultural monuments. But what truly makes Tbilisi magical are its people. They are wonderfully hospitable and generous. Their warmth is genuine, and you feel it everywhere. The city's atmosphere is simply captivating. An absolute must-visit for any traveler.

Beautiful city to visit Use bolt..Private taxis around city expensive. Wine has its origin there.The countryside wow. Bit pricey if you from Africa or East Overall extremely safe city. Local Georgian bread and cheese tasty but not like locals daily.Wine and beer cheap.Sites to visit pleantiful.look online.. Would highly recommend as not too much tourist and concrete jungle yet

New and clean renovation with good materials, the architecture is made in the style of old Tbilisi, everything is clean, warm and beautiful. Made with taste. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, bathrobes, bed. Tea, coffee upon request . everything is clean, warm and beautiful. Wonderful hospitable people work in the hotel. The atmosphere and comfort that they create added additional colors to my impressions of Tbilisi and Georgia. The hotel is located in the city center. You can always park your car. Highly recommended!!

We wanted to treat ourselves with a nice room to begin our holidays in Georgia and we have not been disappointed ! I made a booking but mixed up the date and the receptionist was so kind to upgrade us on the new selected dates and offer us a bootle of wine, really generous of him ! All the small details in the room are wonderful and makes Communal a wonderful place to rest. We slept so well in the bed and loved to have breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. Would definitely come back. Thanks !!😊

The hotel looks and feels new. The rooms are especially lovely, clean, with new carpets, bedding, furniture. The bed was fantastic. Good lighting (rare in Georgia), nice bathroom. Really could not be faulted. Staff were helpful and kind, wifi worked, there was a nice rooftop terrace and ground floor patio, and drinks on sale at Reception. Breakfast was quite the spread. Definitely coming back here next time I'm in T'bilisi. Location, at the heart of the old town, but in quiet street, was ideal.

One thing you will never regret after spending your time here is Georgian hospitality and willingness to help you out in whatever aspects, it was just top level and it left me pleasantly impressed. The hotel is simple but nice, the location is good, the rooms have ACs and all the necessary things. There is even a kitchen where you can cook yourself a dinner or make yourself a cup of coffee. I felt like home! I will undoubtedly recommend this place to my family and friends!
