We’ve stayed here several times in the past but enjoyed this particular stay the most. New pool and sauna facilities are fantastic and the restaurant is a step up. As always, the hotel staff are lovely and helpful. We love coming here to get away from the city and enjoy some riverside relaxation, especially with the kids.

Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved it. House is located in historic part of the city and is beautifully renovated to meet modern standards. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Also they served one of the best breakfast that we have ever had in Kutaisi. It was just so delicious, fresh, rich and truly made with care. But most important part is the hosts. They basically are inviting you to their home where they have done everything with love and care. And they treat you with same way. We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients.
