Very clean and modern building. With very good food and a beautiful view overlooking the Omalo valley. This was a great place to start before a long hike and great value for money. I also got excellent help from the host in exchanging some dollars for Georgian lari.

No words can describe this place of heaven! Omalo is a unique, beautiful village with great views and amazing people! We were planning to stay for one night, stayed for three and already planning to return! The short trips, the food, the authenticity of this place, the peace and quiet.... Levan, a huge thank you for making our stay so memorable! Thanks for mending our tyre, for filling up our tank as we were running out of gas, for all the tips and help! The place is simple but very nice. it's quite, the view from the garden is beautiful. The family that own the place are nice and very helpful. our little boy made connection with the family cute girl and he had a great time. there is table with amazing herbs tea and coffee free. The value for the price is great I think it's much better than places in upper omalo, that is more expensive and crowded.

Amazing place to stay with a great view and good location. Its clean and comfortable as much as it can be in the remote mountain region. Also the owners are great hosts. Totally recomend.

The surroundings are absolutely stunning. Mirgvela has no other buildings, just the hostel. So you fee very disconnected (in a good way). The well kept garden has several lovely swings and chairs for looking down the valley or enjoying the wildflowers. The food was delicious and big portions. We had breakfast and dinner before hiking on. Lots of wine with the meal and more food brought all the time.
