In your hotel, we have met all our expectations, very good attention from Miss Irene, she guided us for the tour that we were most interested in going to the beach where the shipwreck is located on Navagio beach, the blue caves it was beautiful to enjoy that tour, as well as the View point of the Navagio Shipwreck, it looks amazing from the heights, she recommended good restaurants for lunch and dinner, also the great breakfasts at the Mooring café, they take you to your suites at the time you request them. The hotel provides you with water, coffee, tea. He gives you a box of cookies and a bottle of white wine. Honestly, I've expected a completely different standard from a 2 star hotel. So we had a nice surprise - a spacious clean modern room with a balcony and a sea view, big comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Staff is very polite, welcoming and responsive, always with a smile. Plentiful breakfast to order. Free tour to Blue Caves and Shipwreck is a great bonus!

All staff were extremely helpful. Always welcoming and attentive without being overbearing.Younger Yiota on reception was friendly, helpful and well informed. The accomodation was very clean and the cleaners extremely accommodating if we were in the room coming back later. Every surface eincluding glass doors and panels were polished daily Full size fridge and safe in room. Good variety at breakfast - juice, cereals, watermelon, yoghurt, ham cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes sliced, yoghurt, sausages, bacon eggs (in 3 ways), beans, tomatoes baked, mini croissants, bread for toast, jams, honey, cakes...something for everyone! Surrounding restaurants very good (Bekiris excellent) and close to the beach. The local supermarkets- including a Spar all reasonably priced. So wonderfully quiet at the pool for the 'deluxe' accommodation and no towels put down to reserve beds - one family did that on their first day then later looked very embarrassed on realising.g it was not the done thing! The transfer service paid for in addition was a fair fare and efficient.

It was wonderful to be Soula’s first guests in this brand new apartment. It is a very spacious one bedroom apartment just off the main road but in a very quiet courtyard. There was no traffic noise at all and the view of the garden from the balcony and living room was lovely. Every thing worked perfectly from the washing machine to the shower to the air conditioning. Every request we made, Soula was right there to fulfill it. We really couldn’t have wished for a lovelier hostess. I would say that this property looked even better than the pictures. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets very close by and it is an easy ten minute walk to the beaches. We had so many welcoming gifts like water, beer, milk and juice and even some wonderful home produced olive oil, it made us feel like proper guests rather than clients. Good luck with your future guests Soula you were the best!

The property was very quiet and very clean, the water and the beach are very clean, we stayed late in the evening on the beach listening to music and watching the stars, the view was beautiful, in the morning the sunrise is a wonderfull, everything was perfect, the owners were very polite and good people

It is a very spacious villa, incredibly clean, and has a very hospitable and friendly owner. They provided us with welcome wine and Zakynthos sweets, all the essentials for the first days of our stay, such as bread, ham and cheese, water, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and much more. The villa was cleaned every other day and all the sheets and towels were changed. The owner's mother even brought us homemade Mosaka :-) The villa is very quiet and without any neighbours. The view was fantastic and much better than the pictures. All the facilities were working in very good condition. There was a big BBQ and several beds in the garden.

On our first visit, during the day, we found that the cruise...

On our first visit, during the day, we found that the cruise boat touts were quite aggressive, dominating every car park available, and tried to stop you whilst travelling. Felt very intimated, so moved on, and this really spoilt our first visit. We returned at a later time at around 5 pm, when they had gone home and found this a much better time to visit where we could enjoy a peaceful stroll and visit the local shops and Taverna. This experience could be off putting for many new visitors and maybe the activities should be more restrained.

I really loved the area of Agios Nikolaos and would stay here again. My only caution is to rent a car. It's not near town and you can't walk from location to location. But it's quiet, and it's beautiful in Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos and its surroundings is "nature beauty" and is very tranquil. This location is not very suitable for small children. There are few beaches and the beaches are rocky and pebble. Not many opportunities to rent umbrella and sunbeds. On the other hand there are many options to rent a boat and admire the beauty of the sea. The sea is crystal clear. We liked Nobelos restaurant. You definitely need a car in this area.

The house is a perfect holiday house and in a nice calm location. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. It is also getting well cleaned every 3 days. The Seaview is great (top sunrise). Within walking distance good restaurants and one small beach. We loved the day we rented a boat from the Port nearby and Makris Gialos beach a few Kms by car away.

Absolutely incredible experience, 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Zakynthos. The most beautiful hotel room, with a spectacular view. Great room service and super friendly and helpful staff. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating. He helped arrange car rental and tours for us! Very pleased!

It is a boutique hotel with upscaled guests. The view is absolutely amazing and breakfast is good. The sea deck is nice as you can jump into deep water and enjoy the crystal clear water with many fish.
