Where to start !!! Fabulous. . Eleven is a small unit-of, bespoke suites . We stayed in room 15 . Upstairs, overlooking the gorgeous pool and beach . Suite is very well appointed. Very spacious and contemporary. Also very comfortable. Suite was cleaned every day should you wish . The pool was my favourite. Very quiet. Beautiful. Eleven Taverna . On the beach . Again Fabulous!!! We ate there 5 times on our stay of eleven nights . Large !! Portions . . Food so fresh . Watch your waist line . Beach is pebble . Sun loungers also . Lovely. A complete package. You would struggle to find such a place else where . Last but not least . George . His family and team are Exceptional ❤️

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was very pleasant and tranquil, the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and also knowledgeable about the area. We very much enjoyed the pool area, the movie night and also the live music. Having a gym on site is an added bonus for those who want to do some training. Something that is amazing about this place is its history and the olive mill museum. Something that makes it stand out in our opinion is the attention to detail in every sense! Wherever you look! The architect behind this project did and is still doing an amazing job! In conclusion, a great experience which we will definitely repeat and recommend to others!

We completed a 9 night stay in a split apartment. The cleanliness was excellent. The cleaning lady and also receptionist, miss Julia was a kindest hostess. She welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived at the apartment. She made sure that our room would be ready upon our arrival, at 8:30 am so we didn’t have to wait until arranged check-in time (13:00). During our whole stay, she provided us kindly with anything we could need and ask for. The apartment is renovated, warm and cozy, comfortable for 3 guests and equipped with all possible facilities needed: well stored, extra towels in the bathroom and complimented bottles of wine and fruits. The location is excellent and rooms are soundproofed and quiet.

I stayed at the hotel from June 28th to July 8th and was totally amazed. First of all, the professionalism of personnel, they all speak fluently English, German, Greek (of course) and occasionally other languages. I would like to thank all of them and especially Katerina who gave me the best room ever with the sea view, and always assisted in anything I asked for. All personnel is super friendly and it feels like you are a special guest. The hotel location is beautiful but a bit tough to get to from Heraklion by city bus. The driver missed the stop Sfakaki (you should tell him in advance where to stop and also remind). I traveled alone and didn't have a transfer, on the way back I had to order a private taxi which was a bit pricey. But other tourists especially from Germany had transfers (big bus that picked them up) depending on their tour agency agreements I guess. The room was very neat and clean, the ladies change towels once per 3 days and wash the floor every day that I didn't see in other hotels (that's bravo!). The sea was sometimes warm and sometimes cool depending on the wind direction. You should watch the color of the flag on the beach - green and yellow is OK with some waves, red - storm, you can't swim, the guard usually signals about that. But anyway the sea is wonderful. The food was good, I had HB, and I liked the dinners more because of meals variety. The drinks are served at separate price. There is a supermarket just 4 minutes walk from the hotel where you can find EVERYTHING from fresh fruits to women hygiene goods and children toys. Usually I bought white wine at the supermarket, one bottle 0.75l only 6 euro (White Sail), very delicious. And local beer is also nice. The beach bar offers delicious food also, I loved tuna salad and gyros pita (7 and 4 euros respectively). The beach is nice but the deckchair and the umbrella costs 5 euro per person.
