Very nice and helpful stuff, 10 out of 10 for people who work here. Tasty breakfast, good and delicious menu for lunch and dinner with normal prices. Atmosphere very chill, we had soooo great time in this hotel and would like to come back. Really very nice pool, sun beds, people, total relax and slow vacation we had here. Comfortable bad and clean room, super soft towels. Everything in the room looks stylish and nice. We were surprised with welcome gifts from the hotel. It was nice, thank you.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We had a problem with air condition but very nice man who take care of technical things in the hotel, helped us immediately. Breakfest are very good with many different kind of food. It was clean. It was a nice stay and I can definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is located close to one of the top beaches in Crete (Amoudara), but also very close to Heraklion. The rooms are very nicely furbished and have decent cleaning services. Very good selection of food and beverages in a lovely buffet-area. Nice relaxing areas in the hotel garden and on the beach. Lovely evening entertainment. Very friendly reception staff: they were prompt with hotel facilities, but also arranged a spotless early check-out (Special Thanks to Alexandra and her team!).

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was large and clean. The staff was very kindly. The staff is changing the towels every day. The parking was large but if you don't have space you can let your car behind others and left the key at the reception.

Proffesional attitude receptionist Elisavet& Athanasios at all, mainly at solving my blocked mobile when I was nervous if mobile will be unblock.Athanasios was very calm it helped me to think possitive&Elisavet helped me open mobile and took sim card out,then mobile was activated❣️also big thx I had evening flight back home so Elisavet arranged it 👍 I can stayed in the room for extra charge because was out of season& it helped me much, could take shower before my long way & it was comfortable for me to keep my luggage in room take have a rest. The lady who cleaned the room make it always clean & bed & towels were always each day perfect prepared. She is doing her job exactly & mainly with 💛what I feld. And can't forget lady in kitchen too, was very calm and nice to me.The hotel was familiar, 'sweet little things' makes unique atmosfere,the place has own soul& charm. Restaurant in country style, cozy paradise garden which was oasis of peace, I felt like in paradise 🌴 there, perfect bar next to pool 🥃🍹, breakfast all you need ...quality juice, coffee, home-made bread was fantastic❣️reception in zen boutique style, all you need in one place. Located just outside of Heraklion, having a bus stop in front makes hotel's location great for travellers via public transport. But what is more important is the staff who are there to greet, offer and help the customers. I asked some specifics prior my arrival and was answered accordingly. After our checkout we stayed a bit more in the hotel area, treated as guests till the last moment. Not to mention the scrumptious variety of foods served during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were also big, having amenities and comfortable beds and pillows.
