The property is in a very quiet area in the tiny village of Livadia. The apartment is very spacious and luminous with all the amenities one could expect. The decoration is lovely and the overall atmosphere very cosy. The cleanliness is really exemplary. In front of the building there is ample, free parking space. On top of all these, it is the host and his family, who are kind, helpful and caring and try to make guests feel at home. Overall, an ideal hub for those who want to explore the charming lake Kerkini and its surroundings, provided that they have a car or other means of transportation. The whole region generally lacks touristic infrastructure but this is good for nature lovers!

A gorgeous little flat with all the comforts you would hope to find and more. Excellent in all respects. You can tell the host really cares to make guests welcome. She thought of all possible details and the rooms are absolutely spotless. The town has a vibrant atmosphere with a nice bar serving pizza in the main square, shops, bakeries and all you might need. Much livelier than the neighbouring towns. Really glad we picked this one!

A fairytale town, with kind people.

A fairytale town, with kind people. Apart from resting, because it is very quiet and taking a walk, there is nothing else to do. It is worth visiting the local sweets shop: baklava, kataifuri, jams, honey, you must definitely try them.
