What a beautiful place! Lovingly restored using traditional techniques, this little house had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, excellent air-conditioning and well-equipped if small kitchen. Truly magnificent views. Giannis is a really lovely host, with plenty to tell us about the island, and so generous with fabulous eggs, vegetables and grapes from his property. And very friendly cats on the property (but not in the house); we fell in love with the newest kitten. It was such a pleasure to be there that we found ourselves spending more time at the house than we had planned.

The staff, the room and the location.We had a problem with our room the first day, but Alkis and his colleagues solved the problem perfectly. We had the best room of the hotel, with a great veranda and a magnificant view. All the staff, including those on the beach, are very friendly, cheerful and service orientated and want to give you the best holiday. Breakfast was great as well, with Orpheus as a very sympathetic coffeemaker.

The hotel is simply great. The personnel is very nice and professional: they do everything to feel you at home, and succeed brilliantly. The location is great, right on the (private) beach, with a WOW! sea. The pool is very nice, too. Although there is not a proper internal restaurant, there is the possibility of having salads, pizzas, snacks (delicious) all over the day, and even brought to your sunbed on the beach. Really wonderful, we have been completely satisfied. The buffet breakfast is very rich, and delicious.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything I needed including a sea view. The location is just on the edge of the Batsi main area and a very short lovely walk to the centre. The beach is a minute away and there’s a few shops etc very close. All the staff are friendly and helpful and only too happy to give help or advice. If I’m ever in Batsi again I would definitely stay again.

Villa Maniati is a beautiful complex of independent apartments near the beach of Agios Petros. The hostess and her son are very friendly and catered to our every need. We had a great breakfast delivered to our room without an early morning time restriction. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. We really enjoyed our time there and if we visit Andros again, this would be our choice!
