The owners were very kind, they allowed us to enter a little early and they greeted us sweetly, preparing wine, water, snacks and drinks. The apartment is also a wonderful building with a very tasteful design, with high ceilings. You have everything you need. The view is amazing. Since our time is limited, we could only stay for 1 night, but we would definitely like to come for a longer period of time. We highly recommend.

We booked room with balcony and view to the mountains-better to say olives trees, but also was included big terace shared with another two rooms with a view to the sea and wonderful sunsets!!! Room smelled nice and was cleaned everyday. Self-service beakfast simple: hot drinks, water, orange juice, greek youghurt, olives, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, bread and some cookies. Besides! Drinking water from the tap! Recomend: *friendly hotel stuff; *good location; *the beach 5minutes walk; *ony 2stars, but it could be 3! Thank you Ikaros Star hotel 🩵

A small village at the northwestern part of the island. It's definitely nice for a couple of days but after that there's nothing much to do there. Good location though if you're planning to explore the inner part of the island and the Raches villages.

Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see...

Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see the best parts of the island you really need a car. I didn't have one and felt that I didn't see more than the beach. The seasonal bus had stopped running so I wasn't able to go very far which was quite frustrating. The fresh water terrapins in the lagoons at the back of the beaches are very special.

Small village at the end of the world. Two interesting beaches, one of which is naturist. Beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, but not always well marked (bring a good GPS and a good map of the island).

A small, charming seaside resort with beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The beach infrastructure could be improved (lack of restrooms or even restaurants). Nevertheless, it's highly recommended for anyone wanting to avoid mass tourism. Excursions are also available.

Nas is a small village characterized by charming tavernas and relaxed locals. There's a mini-market that's open for a few hours each day. The beach is difficult to access for people with disabilities, but it's pristine, unspoiled, and beautiful. However, it's unsuitable for young children. During peak season, the village gets very crowded.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, with fabulous views over the sea, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Our room (a triple) was large enough that we weren't tripping over each other, and the bathroom was good. Unfortunately, we didn't have a sea view, which would have been fabulous given the amazing location, but we did have a small patio to sit out on, which was nice! Lovely swimming pool. All-in-all a very nice hotel to stay in, and I would definitely stay there again if I revisited Ikaria.

First I would like to be clear: this was my best experience on a Greek island. Even better than Samotraki and Rhodos. People are very nice anywhere you go, restaurants, shops, bars, places. The owner was super nice and got the room as quick as she could knowing we would check in earlier. There is private parking and a view to die for! Also, the room is cleaned every day. Location is perfect to visit the beaches and also the mountain villages. 5 mins walk to Armenistis (many food options there!) in case one doesn't want to drive. 10 out of 10!!

The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like staying there forever. Marina, Dimitris, Antígona, the cleaning Lady, the Ladies who serve breakfast,well, everyone is helpful and friendly. It's quiet, the views are stunning. Perfect breakfast. By the way, food in Ikaria is unique.I super recommend. Don't forget me! I'll be back!!!!
