Brilliant location and so comfortable all round. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and friendly. Thank you to Manoulis for the wonderful welcome and also to the beautiful lady who gave us one of her gardenias from her garden . The pots of basil and the gardenias in bloom were a beautiful welcome. Breakfast was perfect! Highly recommend and hope we can return one day.

Do not know where to start. From a welcome snack through greatly placed garden with beautiful views, proximity to harbour area until daily performed cleaning. The kitchen equipment allowed us proper cooking. A friendly cat was a bonus.

Our stay at these apartments was incredible. The host was super friendly and helpful, and communicative even before we arrived to help us along. She even gave us a homemade evening treat completely unprompted. The balcony at our apartment had an amazing view of the ocean close by below, and thanks to facing east-ward was shaded in the late afternoon. The location was withing a 2min walk to excellent restaurants right by the water, to enjoy the slight breeze, and a supermarket, but still a bit to the side and up the hill so there wasnt evening noise to disturb. Right down the hill a little locally known beach of red, pink and white gravel, and flat rock formations, could be found and it remains the cutest little beach ive seen on the island. We took many morning and evening dips there. The apartment was clean, well stocked and nice. I will recommend this place to all i know.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at this amazing place! The house is located in a quiet area, away from the buzz of the island, yet perfectly situated to easily reach the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need — it truly feels just like home, with everything at your disposal. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner with your loved ones. Mrs. Olga is absolutely delightful, offering all the support you need and very helpful advice. We will gladly return to this place!

Amazing stay. Such a beautiful split-level apartment with plenty of outside space and that all-so-important plunge pool. Everything in the property was top-notch, from robes to bedding to the pool towels. Breakfast was excellent and catered to our dietary needs. Our hosts Popi and Panos were so helpful and welcoming, really lovely people. Location was excellent with the town just a minute’s walk away. Views down over the harbour were icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommended to treat yourselves in this beautiful little town.

A beautiful & lovely hotel, located just in the most wonderful place in Sámi, and in my opinion, in all of Cephalonia. As soon as we arrived, we were filled with it's positive energies, which impart tranquility and calmness. I want to praise the staff and management, all of them! from the first to the last... I don't have enough words to describe the warmth and caring attitude each one of them shows towards the guests, At any given moment. It feels like everyone's desire is to provide you with the best, and it really shows how important it is to them that your stay at the hotel is as comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable as possible. It's touching how their service and warm smile can make your day more beautiful, )as if the area is not beautiful enough...) I have no doubt that this is the hotel that has left the biggest impression on me, and made me want to return and stay again as soon as possible.

It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm.

It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm. Great restaurants and lovely beach for snorkelling on the way to Paradise Restaurant. Sea crystal clear and warm. We visited here 34 years ago and yes it has changed but not too much and did not disappoint. Could have stayed for months! The locals were very welcoming. Can't wait to return.

I made a lot of research before choosing where to stay in Kefalonia. I think it it the best location. the distances to the main beaches are short. it is absolutely amazing the entire island. family and pet friendly. amazing small beaches as well. good food.

Ayia Evfimia is a small port town.

Ayia Evfimia is a small port town. It has some lovely little beaches which offer good snorkelling. The bars and restaurants are good quality and the people very friendly. It was pleasant to walk along the sea front in the evenings. It's a good base to visit other beaches and towns (you need a car). I managed to find a quiet road to run in the early morning, but it's all uphill!

Wonderfully furnished property, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. Offers peace and comfort away from crowded places. Almost daily we visited the nearby traditional tavernas, offering delicious, local cuisine. Probably is good to be with own or rented car in order to be more flexible in transport over the island.

We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also...

We liked that it was close to Myrtos beach and also Antisamos beach. What we did not lile was the neighborhood since it was too quiet at night. Next time we would prefer somewhere in Fiskardo, Argostoli or around Argostoli.

Lovely little resort. Just what we were looking for. Small and fairly quiet but lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars. Not too busy. Perfect for us. The only down side was the nearest beaches were very small and not really great. We had to go into Sami twice to find a good beach with sunbeds.

I booked the hotel on behalf of my mother who was travelling to Kefalonia for difficult family matter. Mr Lambis was an an excellent host who looked after her and very kindly helped her get around as she did not have easy access to transport. Mum liked the accomodation and is very greatful to him to making her stay there more comfortable at a difficult time. Mr Lambis is leaving, however, so hopeful the new host lives up to him!

Mema’s apartments has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Kefalonia. Extremely friendly staff, perfect location, value for money and suitable for families. We are coming back for sure. Agia Effimia is a beautiful village and it’s easy to get around the island and see other villages like Fiskardo, Assos, Sami and Argostoli. We will for sure go back here next time we’re going to Kefalonia

We have spent 8 days in these apartments with a family of 4 people having 2 small children, and it was a lovely time! Everything was perfect regarding the accommodations and service, comfortable rooms well equipped with regular cleaning, convenient balcony and enough privacy. Wish to say special thanks to the wonderful owner Mirka,such a cute and mindful person! Absolutely recommend this place!

Great value very comfortable loved the balcony and our host was exceptionally kind and helpful. We were awaiting arrival of friends on a charter yacht and it could not have been a better stop over. Aghios Euphemia is such a charming village. Great Tavernas, beach and lovely people and atmosphere. Thanks to Kosmas for 50 min taxi transfer from Kefalonia Airport. A world away from the crowded UK

The apartment is very nicely located in the small village of agia effimia, very close to many of the most famous beaches of Kefalonia. The flat is spacious and fully equipped with all you need during a holiday. It is cosy and clean. Katerina is a super-nice host.
