The location is good - not in the touristy part of the island. There are a few hotels around, but the nearby town feels very authentic. There are very nice, simple, restaurants there. Walking and the town and eating with the locals just feels real here. You don't feel like a tourist. The way down to the beach is very beautiful. We enjoyed spending the 5 minutes to get to and from the beach. But be warned - it's some pretty steep and winding stairs, so not good for baby strollers or people with disabilities. Otherwise it is not hard, and a very picturesque walk. The beach is very natural and minimalistic, but we liked it very much because of that. No sunbeds, no bars. Just go down there, sit on the warm sand, swim in the beautiful sea, climb on the rocks - enjoy the nature. We visited early in the season, so there were very few people too. Most of the time we had the whole beach to ourselves! Everyone in the staff is very friendly. We stayed only a few nights but can remember all those friendly faces. It feels like you are a real guest there, not just another client to be served. Even the construction workers seemed nice (there was a bit of renovation happening). The owners are personally there, involved in the business. Had a chance to chat with the a little too. Interesting people. Good, real, down-to-earth business. We liked it. Breakfast and dinner are good. The selection is not overwhelming (the kitchen area is not very big), which I see as a big positive, but some people maybe might think it is too little. There are enough different dishes to keep it interesting and at the same time, if you plan it right, you can try almost every dish for each meal. And everything was good, without exception. Oh and the views from the room - the mountains or the sea, really can't go wrong either way, it's beautiful wherever you look. So overall, very positive experience. Recommend, would stay again.

A fabulous hotel for a family holiday,newly refurbished, rooms excellent, family owned great staff, 2kiddies pools linked to 2 main pools also walk down to private beach. Will definitely be back.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

We (family of four) had a marvelous week at Cypriana! Elena and her sons are very welcoming and took care of us in a really good way. We have traveled a lot and never met such a good hospitality. Nice pools, ocean view and a pergola where you can relax. In the bay, just a few steps down you find really nice rocks where you can snorkel from. Every night we took the car to nearby villages for dinner at genuine tavernas.

Everything about this apartment is great! The quiet and peaceful location, the beautiful outdoor space with fruit trees, the comfort of a two bedroom apartment with all the amenities that anyone would need! It's 5 mins walk to the village centre lined up with tavernas and bars, yet in a calm space with huge parking in front. The cherry on the cake was Maria, the host, and her wonderful mother Katerina: hospitality and warmth in the real sense of the word! Thank you for making our stay memorable and for letting us into your space! Highly recommend!!

EVERYTHING! The location was perfect, tavernas all around and very close, and the beach is in a 3 minute walking distance. Everything was thought for, there was more than you would need for the kitchen utilities, the outside area etc. overall it was perfectly equipped. There are multiple chilling areas on the balconies and in the yard. We were greeted by nice welcoming snacks and drinks.

Car is a must within this location. beach was really nice and clean, not overcrowded, with available sunbeds for 7e/day. There is only one tavern at the beach with limited food selection. Supermarkets are available within 7 minutes ride, also other Taverns and beaches.

Agia Fotia is wonderful!

Agia Fotia is wonderful! The best place to stay is at Markos Studios. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and large. The view is gorgeous and the sound of the waves is like a lullaby. Maria, who takes care of all who visit, is such a kind and lovely person.
