Location is cca 800m up from the port, so in the evening has the nice sunset view over the sea from the balcony. Also the Livadi beach is not so far away from the location. The room is clean, beds are so comfortable, wifi works well. Martha was a perfect host. Every day she brought something sweet to taste in the room.

Absolutely the best place for relaxing and “coming down”. The hospitality of the crew is great and cannot be better! The rooms overlook Agios Georgios and the bay, the breakfast is home made and diversified, special wishes are fulfilled whenever possible. We recommend that little hotel from heart and will surly come back one day!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay on my first visit to Iraklia. Alexandra met me at the port and took me straight to my room which was tastefully decorated in shades of white and had a nice balcony at the back of the property, overlooking the field and property further up the hill. I immediately felt at home with a coffee sitting on one of their two comfortable settees overlooking wonderful greenery, the village, and the port. It was mesmerising watching yellow butterflies fluttering amongst the trees and the vines. In the evenings I could sit on a raised patio and watch the sunset over Paros with a very nice glass of gin & tonic and some delicious herbed peanuts. All the staff here are delightful, and I must particularly mention Marchella (please forgive the spelling) who became my Greek teacher for the week and put up with my dreadful pronunciation always with a smile and helpful correction! There was also terrific advice available from Alexandra and Marchella about walks, beaches, and restaurants. It does involve a walk uphill from the village so is less suitable for anyone who might struggle with walking, but I could not recommend anywhere more highly. Thank you for a truly magical stay on your beautiful island!

Peaceful, such a friendly island, l kept meeting the same people. Local Greeks and visitors, always talking and sharing. I loved the family run accommodation, relaxed and l felt part of Iraklia.

Very spacious, comfortable bed, good bathroom with excellent shower. Very clean. Host met us at the port and took us and our luggage to the apartment. There were just 2 of us so lots of room. There was 1 double bed, 1 single in the bedroom plus 2 extra singles in the kitchen/ living room (they didn’t look very comfortable so not sure it would be good for 5 people.

I liked everything about Agios Georgios.

I liked everything about Agios Georgios. We ate excellently at Syrma and Akathi, perfect breakfasts at Maistrali. We moved around on foot and had a wonderful trip on Mr. Mitsos's boat! Don't forget to visit the perfect bakery in the settlement of Panagia. I will be back to this island soon!!

Iraklia is a very small island in the Cyclades.

Iraklia is a very small island in the Cyclades. Agios Gorgios is its main village, with a few shops and restaurants. Very quiet, ideal for getting away from it all. But not the ideal destination for lively nightlife.
