Great rooms, excellent views and an extremely hospitable host sums up our stay here. The hotel itself is at a height with views of the Prespa lake and the village from the very large balcony adjoining the room. The room itself is very large with a large bathroom with high quality amenities. There is a provision for tea and coffee in the room with a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee above a flight of stairs. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host and greeted with hot coffee. Cookies just out of the oven were served free. Breakfast was prepared by the hostess’ mom and it was very elaborate, freshly made and delicious. We were not aware of this and had requested an early breakfast at 6.30 am and felt a bit bad about waking her up so early. However she was all smiles and spoke to us about India in Greek through her interpreter (daughter). They invited our guide for breakfast though he was staying somewhere else. There is a restaurant in the village about 5-7 mins walk from the property that’s very lively and serves great food.

This is probably the best location from where to explore the Prespa National Park. Old village with historical stone houses, huge part of it recently renovated. Impressively clean. Pure nature. Drinkable water everywhere around. Unpolluted air. Silence. Comfortable temperature in around 1,000 m ASL. View on the Prespa lake.

I recently used the airport transfer service offered by this hotel, and I must say, it was outstanding. It is our second time in Prespa region and second stay Agios Germanos hotel . And we choose this hotel again because our first stay also was great. It is so nice, so authentic, so comfortable !! Maria is very hospital! Great food, great facilities and great beautiful nature around! Dinner in the garden, fresh cool air, nice food and kind people. It is a place where you want to come back and come back..

The hotel was very cosy and very beautiful. The location is amazing, very close to the lakes with great views of the mountains around. The owner and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect and we felt great staying there. Our breakfast and dinner were excellent, made at the hotel with local ingredients. I can't wait to visit again!
