Very spacious with all amenities a house has. There was a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very new modern and clean!

Amazing service They offered to dry our clothes!! There’s a washing machine and they gave us powder!! Didn’t charge for any of that. Very kind people especially Elaine was very kind and helpful The hotel itself was very good also- good amenities Breakfast was good, made hot drinks with alternative drinks. This place is definitely at least 4 star and will soon become that, if not 5 star. Really affordable at the moment.

The hosts were amazing — always available with recommendations and answers to any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping came every day. The pool and garden are perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. The location is great, right on the main road and close to markets, bakeries, and the beach.

Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay. My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, just lovely. A small hotel next to the sea with few people (about 10 rooms) so there is silence, you only hear the sound of the waves. The hotel is managed by a charming family that provides service from the heart, at any hour for any request. Breakfast they prepare is sufficient, the bonus, eating on a square outside the hotel next to the sea at sunrise, perfect. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a promenade with taverns and a 5-minute drive from the main street, a 10-minute drive from the port of Kismos from where you can sail to Balos. One hour drive from Alfonsi beach. In short, the hotel is suitable for couples looking for quiet on the beach with access to all the other attractions in the area. An opportunity to say a huge thank you to the family that runs the hotel.

It was set in a lovely spot in kissamos overlooking the beach. Everyone was so welcoming and kind who worked there, providing perfect living conditions throughout our stay. I would definitely return! The food was also 👌🏻👌🏻

Tony was really helpful, the studio was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect, tucked away and quiet but only seconds to the main street and 2 minutes away from a large supermarket.

Be aware that this is a tiny village in the mountains.

Be aware that this is a tiny village in the mountains. A couple of houses. There are no shops, restaurants or other amenities there. But it is climatic, quiet. You must have a car. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops in other villages within 2-8 km. A good starting point for hiking and car trips to explore Crete.

It's a group of well-renovated old farmhouses, almost entirely rented to tourists. Very quiet and peaceful, but not isolated. A good restaurant is very close by, and Kissamos is a 15-minute drive away (satellite navigation is required).

It was a bit of a trek, but well worth the trip.

It was a bit of a trek, but well worth the trip. The small village of Kaliviani is nearby, with its charming and good tavernas and restaurants. It's also close to Kissamos, which is convenient if you need to visit the city for an excursion.
