I absolutely loved the warm family-like atmosphere where you feel welcomed from the first second of your stay! We enjoyed one night at Stefanosplace during our roadtrip around the island, and it was great. A cozy and fresh studio with a sea view, delicious meals at the taverna, private parking, a swimming pool and the location between two great beaches of Corfu. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, conveniently located both if you are planning on hiking or simply just resting on the beach. Stunning views from the balcony with a swimming pool, definitely unforgettable! Absolutely beautiful accommodation. I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything you need is there, including extra pillows, utensils, and an amazing, well equipped kitchen. Loved the outdoor space and huge balcony with gorgeous views. Good parking. Only a few minutes drive from beaches. Loved the fact that there's 2 good bathrooms and toilets. Very clean apartment! Would certainly recommend this gorgeous place!

Barbati has a beautiful beach area. Caters for all tastes.

Barbati has a beautiful beach area. Caters for all tastes. Take your own chairs, mats etc. Hire sunbeds. Hire boats. Places to eat and drink. Shingle beach. Lots of space.No easy way . Steep paths down. Batbati village has a few tavernas, 2 bakeries and a couple of supermarkets. There are no pavements through the village and the traffic could be a problem for anyone with small children or elderly or disabled. Bus service to Kassiopi , Dassia and Corfu town.

Pluses:

Pluses: - beatiful beach with crystal clear water and lush greenery around; - stunning nature and landscapes; - amazing infrastructure: you will get your water, coffee, cocktails and food in the amounts you need, there are toilets and even a beach shower (which is rare for Corfu). You will even get daily fresh fruit delivery (we wanted this and were lucky to be offered this by a street seller); - not super crowded, but reservation for sunbeds might be necessary. Minuses: - Umbrellas offered for renting are not adjustable and might not provide you with the shade you need during the day; - It's very hard to firmly fix your own umbrella in the pebble beach. The wind at some point just blows it away and you are left without shade for the rest of the day; - motor boats, water motorbikes are all around in that place which poorly affects the ecology and decreases air quality (which is important since this is your escape from dirty cities and you are looking to recreate); - car traffic is crazy and you will have to be very careful moving around the village, as there is no pedestrian areas - you just move together with the cars and buses on the same road.

Barbati is very small. Everything is walking distance.

Barbati is very small. Everything is walking distance. It is ideal for a beach holiday and just swimming, sunbathing, eating and drinking. There are several smart bar-restaurants on the beach with a choice of meals at around €15-20. Barbati is on the bus route to other destinations so if you want a busier feel you can hop on the bus to Ipsos where you'll find more restaurants, ATMs, a doctor, pharmacies, grocery stores and travel shops for booking day trips. You can go north to Nissaki or Kassiopi or south to Corfu Town to pick up buses to other destinations, visit museums and historic sites or just hang out.

Barbati is a special place .stunning beach , crystal clear...

Barbati is a special place .stunning beach , crystal clear water, mountains behind you . You can watch the sunrise on an almost deserted beach and go to fab bars/tavernas later in the day / eve . Plenty of shade if you need it from ancient olive trees or loungers you can pay for . Totally perfect for us (2 adults 2 teens ).

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the location of the villa. Barbati had 2 beaches one very small which was superb and a larger one with all the facilities. Barbati offered a number of good restaurants and there were plenty of supermarkets. Perfect place for just getting away from it, reminded me of being in Amalfi!

Its a lovely quiet place for families.

Its a lovely quiet place for families. I hadn't realised however, how mountainous Corfu is. The walk down and up to the beach/main street is quite a killer, especially in 38 degree heat! I wish that I had twigged earlier that all the restaurants do take away, when we did then we ate in our apartment as none of the restaurants have air con. My daughter really struggled with the heat and although the restaurants all have open sides, there was no breeze and it was extremely hot even when sitting under fans. We didn't rent a car on this trip but I would definitely do so if returning. If going to the Waterpark, on some days a bus from the Aquapark passes through Barbati and is much cheaper than a taxi. It takes about an hour to get there and was hassle free. For boat trips, we went with www.asterasboatcruises.gr. They came and picked us up for no extra charge at about 9am (other boat cruises go much earlier) and took us to Dassia. Marilena was super friendly and helpful, we had a great cruise round the North-East part of Corfu.

The host left fresh fruits and beverages in the fridge for us when we arrived and that was super kind and it made a difference. We’ve felt that they really cared for us to have the best experience in Corfu while staying at their place. The house itself has, literally, everything you might need, both inside in the kitchen and rooms and in the garden and swimming pool. It is a beautiful place and if I come back to Corfu, I’ll make sure we go back to Villa Artemis. Thabk you for everything!

Brilliant location. Near to supermarkets, restaurants with some of them having stunning views over the bay to Corfu town. Added bonus lovely coffee shop just on the main road short walk from the apartment. Lovely swimming pool 5 minute walk from the apartment very clean great for doing lengths in and for most of the time not many people seemed to use it for swimming in.

We are so happy we had the chance to stay at Stamatis’s apartment, such a beautiful place with cozy vibe! We will definitely come back and recommend pur friends. Also, we got to know (being there) this area of Corfu has some of the most beautiful beaches, we went down for a dip every morning before starting our Homeoffice ❤️ lovely time

It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation. The pool was amazing and well-treated and the room itself very clean and cosy. The hosts were superb, super kind and lovely. We loved the parents of the hosts - they are so cute :) if I come back to Corfu, I will be definitely choose this apartment again.
