I give full marks for our experience at this hotel. The location is very good, right in the center. It was converted into a hotel by restoring a historical building. Our room also had a kitchen. Nothing was broken, the heating was good, the water was hot. We were kindly welcomed, they offered wine for the new year. The price is reasonable. There is a cafe and restaurant downstairs. It is a place we will prefer when we come again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, it was one of my best experiences for a beach vacation. The hotel is situated close to the city centre, a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. There is a beach closeby with free sunbeds, while you should also enjoy other beaches that are a short taxi ride like Karfas Beach or Glaroi beach, both cost 15 euros one way. What we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, they made the experience much better. They were always open to help and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. I am thankful that the cleaning staff even airconditioned the room before we arrived from the beach every day :) We had a package including breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was great, everything you need is there. Dinners included one tapas, one salad, two main courses and dessert for two people. Every meal we had were absolutely top-notch, there was nothing we did not like. We got to experience some very good Greek meals throughout the stay. The hotel buildings are beautiful and historical, very picturesque. I think our 5-night stay was absolutely worth the price and we regretted not booking a longer vacation. Thank you so much for everything and for all your hospitality, we will make sure to recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit Chios!

Unfortunately the Green Bus Service was closed due to non payment of wages so was not able to visit villages on that service. The local city bus is still operating. I was lucky to do a tour with Kanaris Tours. They do not however tour every day so it’s important to check the days of the week and where you want to go.

An interesting island, quite large, very mountainous, but with excellent roads. Beaches are well-equipped, with gravel and sandy beaches in the southeast and southwest. The north is more rocky, but the sea and mountain landscapes are beautiful everywhere. Friendly people, reasonable prices, and simple, good food, in the Greek tradition. The Turkish coast is visible from the east, and in places very close.

I liked Chios and enjoyed finding the history of the island. Very pleased with my accommodation at SeaView hotel. I travelled as National representative with a team of 10 people for the World Finswimming Championships and was able to point out to them the better and more reliable accommodation. People were friendly.

Chios is a perfect place to relax.

Chios is a perfect place to relax. It would be helpful to have a car, but I managed a couple of great trips using the local (not very frequent) buses. There is plenty to do if you are interested in history/culture. There is a wide choice of tavernas, cafes etc. and plenty of shops to mooch in.

This is the island my Mother's family was from many...

This is the island my Mother's family was from many generations ago and so it was important for my son and I to visit. It was not what we expected, it was so much more. It was easy to move around and it was the perfect place to rest, recharge and reconnect with the ghosts of our ancestors as tourists were minimal because it is not a party island and nor should it be. It is a very well - kept secret but had everything we needed and more. Next time we will travel in the shoulder season rather than winter to enjoy the beaches and further explore the history and all the island has to offer.

We should have stayed in Chios longer. The sea's are relatively clear and clean and there is so much history on this Ireland that more time would have been great. The airport is also near to most of the touristy places. Great and reasonably priced Food nice people, perfect climate and nice fresh sea air. What else would two people want from a holiday.

Hotel's manager helped us our every request. explain about chios's popular areas on the map. He is really professional and he gave extreme effort for every guest's stay. we left our valuable things in hotel room and it was really safe. long story short, property is splendid. Everything was very clean and new. There is everything you need in the rooms. The hotel staff contacted us in advance and prepared our room before the check-in time. We loved the hotel and its facilities. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was great and the location is amazing. We usually prefer to stay in this hotel everytime we visit Chios but sometimes it is difficult to find a room so if you want a comfortable and relaxing holiday book your room as soon as possibble.

Fantastic location in the heart of Chios, set amongst supermarkets, delis, restaurants, bars & alit of great fashion shopping. Very clean apartment with modern amenities & a washing machine. The host was very good at responding & gave us a welcome gift. We loved our stay at Ariusa Luxury Apartments!
