Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, and we loved having a jacuzzi on the balcony to relax in after a hot day. It's in Agia Marina, and I think it has one of the best beaches around—completely sandy. Plus, the free sun beds and daily refreshed beach towels were great perks. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's even a waiter at the beach, so you can have food whenever you want. There were few people at the hotel since it's relatively small, which created a nice, cozy vibe. It's also close to water sports activities and the O Mylos Kerata restaurant, which is a must-visit. It's also pretty close to Chania and Kolymvari. The hotel offers airport transfers and can call a taxi for you to get to other places. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! This is our second stay at Lilium Luxury Suites and definitely not the last. The suites are situated in a close proximity to the beach and restaurant. The shop where you can buy everything you need is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the room itself if very clean, spacious and contains all the commodities you need during the stay.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff - super kind and helpful. Especially when travelling alone it can really impact the trip, and I really enjoyed the little chats. This is definitely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room itself is very spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. The hotel is located across the road from the first line, and within 5 minutes, you can already be at the beach. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, and the staff is friendly. There was an option to pay extra for all-inclusive, but it wasn’t necessary for us. There are nice cafés and restaurants nearby. In the evening, there was sometimes entertainment for children, but after 11 PM, the hotel was very quiet. If I visit Agia Marina again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, right next to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff, rich breakfast. The possibility of using beach towels and beach equipment was great. The room was good and clean but in my opinion has quite uncomfortable shower in the bathroom. Since we got a room with a direct seaview it was not issue for us and we enjoyed the stay :)
