We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with — they truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. The location has everything you could possibly need: it’s spotless, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful area that offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. It’s situated at roughly equal distances from some of the island’s most stunning beaches and not too far from Argostoli, which makes exploring the island very easy. One of our favorite moments each day was enjoying a coffee on the terrace, taking in the breathtaking view of the island and the sea. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning or unwind in the evening. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

They were exceptional hosts, meticulously tending to every detail. The space exuded comfort and pristine cleanliness, providing an inviting atmosphere. Remarkably, they even catered to my baby's needs by including a conveniently placed potty train in the room. The facilities offered were nothing short of spectacular, undoubtedly ranking among the finest accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and cleaned daily. We were lucky to receive an upgrade from our host, Anastasia, who is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a huge room with a gigantic and very comfortable bed – we especially appreciated the Coco Mat mattress. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we were very grateful for. The hotel is located right on the beachfront. I believe it has around 11 rooms, most of them offering stunning sea views. The sandy beach is literally in front of the hotel – small but with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. There’s also a good restaurant right next to the hotel. Lixouri is a small, charming village with a relaxed and authentic vibe. It’s not overcrowded with tourists, which was a big plus for us. All the restaurants are just a short walk away, and the ferry to Argostoli (the island’s capital) is very close, running every 30 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mouikis Hotel. The beds were just so comfortable, and the staff went beyond their way to make sure we got everything we needed. The location was very convinient, right in the city center and yet quiet during the night. Would definetely come back next year!!
