We arrived to Castello hotel Emmanuela and Antonia at the reception was amazing The manager of the hotel Giorgos meet us at the reception and give us the best service that u can’t imagine and take care for any request For all our period. Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. Don’t miss the BB in the room -it’s special and fun. Unbelievable, magnificent view. Absolutely fantastic !! Hotel was spotless and had everything you needed. The room was out of this world, I had a superior double with a sea view and tthe view was magnificent . Food was stunning plenty to choose from all fresh and very tasty. The staff were all amazing. All friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful hotel fantastic experience and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to all.

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!
